The base of the dish is both sour cream and cream of chicken soup, which make for an irresistibly creamy sauce that’s also seasoned with a packet of zesty ranch mix. Those other ingredients? Well, there’s just a few. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tater tots are.
